PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

YATE Set Start is a foam archery target supplied with a PPHD stand. It is designed for bows with a draw weight of up to 24 lb and is available in two sizes.

The smaller version measures 80 × 80 × 7 cm. The larger version measures 90 × 90 × 7 cm. Both versions weigh 2.2 kg.

The soft foam makes arrows easier to remove after shooting. A PPHD stand is also included.

Two size options

The product is available in two sizes:

Both versions have the same type of foam construction, a depth of 7 cm, a weight of 2.2 kg and a PPHD stand. Choose the size that suits your training and the space available for your shooting setup.

Foam target with a stand

The target is made from soft foam. The PPHD stand helps support the target during use.

The foam makes arrows easier to remove. After every session, check the condition of the target and the arrows you have used.

Designed for bows up to 24 lb

The manufacturer specifies this target for bows with a draw weight of up to 24 lb.

When using it, also consider the draw length, arrow weight and construction, point type, shooting distance and the condition of the target. For bows with a higher draw weight, the retailer states that several target boards can be placed behind one another. Make sure any setup is suitable for your equipment and shooting area.

Safe positioning

Place the target on a stable, level surface. Check that the stand holds it securely and that the target cannot tip over or move during shooting.

Provide a safe area or suitable backstop behind the target. Before shooting, make sure that no people, animals or vulnerable property are in front of, beside or behind it.

The target itself does not replace a properly secured shooting area or other necessary protection behind the target.

Inspection and care

Before shooting, inspect the foam, the stability of the stand and the safety of the area behind the target. Check your arrows regularly for cracks, bends or other damage.

If arrows begin to pass through the target or it no longer stops them safely, stop using it and inspect its condition.

Remove dirt from the target after use. Store it in a way that protects the foam and stand from damage.
